Positive: Clean, good value for your money, and a nice indoor space.

Negative: Finding the back door while large dogs are barking at you and yanking at their chains is a little off putting. Bed is very firm and we needed just a bit more information pre arrival as to parking and direction to access the back door.

Positive: The Host was fantastic super friendly. The room was very clean and warm. TV was great Wifi fast and easy to use. The bathroom very clean soap and shampoo provided.

Negative: Bookings had the wrong address on the website. The address given by the website does not exist. The actual address is 366 Sydenham Road The Website said 200 Sydenham Road. It took use over 1 and 1/2 hours just to find the place. We needed to call the host personally to get the directions. The Host was apologetic however that didn't make our wasted evening any better. We ended up being late for the event that we needed to attend. Also the tap water did have a different taste to it we ended up needing to purchase bottled water.

Summary: Super Friendly Host. Need to double check the address.

Negative: Nothing at all. ONLY thing I’d recommend is that they put in the adds they have dogs. When we went to check in, we got to the door and heard the barking. My girlfriend had a really bad anxiety attack as they had big sheppards. She was attacked badly by one and she has a huge phobia. Took me a hour to calm her down. The only reason we stayed was we had paid the money. If we knew in the booking we would’ve asked what kind of dog. We wouldn’t have booked it knowing this.

Positive: This well equipped apartment is in a quiet area and you do need a car I believe to get there. Mike and Marisa are super welcoming and responsive. The apartment downstairs from their own home is large and comfortable. Small kitchen appliances are available and a tv if you watch. Bedroom is large and there is a pullout chair for an extra bed and a comfy sofa in the living room. Neighbors are friendly. Wonderful stay. Wish we stayed longer.

Negative: All good! Even their chickens and the few roosters were quiet in the morning. Wonderful place if you have kids, too.

Summary: Comfortable stay in the countryside.
